Donald E. Clark, Jr. received his B.A., with honors, from Campbell University in 1986 and his law degree from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University in 1989. His practice is limited to civil litigation at the trial and appellate level.  He has represented individuals, corporations, municipalities and schools in personal injury actions, and industry and businesses in liability lawsuits.  The majority of his practice involves representation of individuals, businesses and several insurance companies in a wide variety of personal and commercial insurance coverage disputes and injury claims.  Mr. Clark has served as lead counsel in over fifty jury trials in fifteen eastern N.C. counties.

Mr. Clark is licensed to practice in all North Carolina State Courts, Federal Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina, and  the U.S. Supreme Court.  He is a Barrister with the Eastern North Carolina Inn of Courts, and a member of the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys where he served as chairman of the General Liability Committee.  He is also a member of the Defense Research Institute. He is married to Jessica Clark and they have two daughters, Meredith and Madeline.
